ROAMING MAN WHISKEY
Helped to define brand voice and implement an influencer strategy for Roaming Man, an award-winning Tennessee straight rye whiskey produced by Sugarlands Distilling Company. Through my role as Corporate Communications Manager, I was able to leverage my media contacts and access to public relations tools and resources to increase social media impact and growth. The influencer strategy that I put in place not only increased growth, but also garnered blog posts, podcast episodes, reviews, news stories, successful influencer partnerships, and media visits to the Gatlinburg distillery.
The influencer strategy involved researching potential partnerships with pages and people that were relevant and a good representation of our brand. I worked with the design team to create unique influencer boxes to send out to carefully selected influencers and in return increased brand awareness and secured relationships with influencers that we would continue to work with as our brand continued to grow and evolve. I executed two successful giveaways with some of our top influencers that grew our whiskey club newsletter sign-ups by 77%.
